Terms of Use

1. What LaunchPanda is

LaunchPanda is a directory submission service for indie builders. We run a curated database of 240+ vetted directories, a Startup Profile builder for storing your product info, and a one-click copy and paste workflow for manual submissions. On Pro you get the full directory database and all strategy tiers. On Auto Launch we submit your profile to 40 to 50 vetted directories on your behalf within roughly one week. On a Featured slot we pin your product directly under LaunchPanda on the public /browse page for 30 days.

2. Accounts and access

You sign in with Google. The email and profile name we receive from Google identify your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account linked to LaunchPanda. You must be 16 or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the service.

3. Tiers and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. EU customers pay applicable VAT at checkout. EU B2B customers who supply a valid VAT ID are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism (0% VAT charged, buyer self-accounts in their own country).

• Free. One Startup Profile, access to the Just Started directory strategy, completion tracking. No payment required.
• Pro lifetime. Currently $19 one-time, sliding up to $29 over time as the pricing ladder advances. Includes lifetime access to all 240+ directories, every directory strategy tier (Just Started, Essentials, Quick SEO juice, Growing, Ready to scale, plus other directories), unlimited Startup Profiles, and the Pro badge that boosts your listings on /launches. The price you paid is locked in for life, future ladder increases do not affect existing buyers.
• Auto Launch. Currently $99 one-time per kit, sliding up the ladder over time. We hand-submit your profile to 40 to 50 vetted directories within roughly one week of purchase. After checkout, you see the exact list of directories we will submit to. Auto Launch includes a Pro entitlement on the profile it was purchased for.
• Featured slot. A 30-day pinned listing directly under LaunchPanda on the public /browse page. Pricing varies by slot position (slot 2 starts at $29, with $10 per slot thereafter). One-time payment per 30-day cycle. Renewals are not automatic, you opt in via the renewal reminder email.

4. What we promise for Auto Launch

• Coverage. 40 to 50 directories per kit, drawn from the active Auto Launch blueprint at the time of purchase. The exact list is snapshotted onto your order at grant time and is visible on /launched.
• Timing. Most directories go live within 7 days. A few that require approval or owner claim may take longer. We don't control directory operators' approval queues.
• Dedup. If your profile has already been launched on a directory in the blueprint (via DIY tracking or an earlier order), we skip it and you do not get charged a substitute. The count on /launched reflects only the net-new submissions.
• Status visibility. Progress and completion reports are emailed from the admin team as the launch advances. Per-directory status is also visible on your profile page.
• Badge-required directories. Some directories only grant a dofollow backlink if you install their badge on your site. We surface which ones require a badge and provide a one-click installation prompt. We cannot guarantee the dofollow link if you do not install the badge.

5. What we promise for Featured slots

• 30 consecutive days of pinned placement directly under LaunchPanda on /browse, in the slot you purchased.
• Inclusion in the weekly featured digest email we send to opted-in subscribers, if your slot covers a digest send date.
• We do not guarantee any specific traffic or conversion outcome. We do guarantee the placement runs for 30 days as paid.

6. Refunds

• Pro lifetime. Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 14 days no refunds. Email us to request.
• Auto Launch. Full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no submissions have yet been made on your behalf. After we begin submitting (typically within hours of purchase) the order is no longer refundable.
• Featured slot. Full refund within 48 hours of your slot going live. After 48 hours no refunds, the placement continues for the full 30-day cycle.
• Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, your account may be suspended and future purchases blocked.

7. Your content

You own all the product information you enter into LaunchPanda. We do not claim any ownership over your content. We store and use it only to provide the service: pre-filling submissions, submitting on your behalf when you purchase Auto Launch, displaying public listings you have opted to make public (e.g. /launches), and generating internal analytics on aggregate launch performance.

By submitting your profile through Auto Launch you grant us a non-exclusive license to send your profile data to the directories in your purchased blueprint, for the sole purpose of completing those submissions. We do not use your profile data for any other commercial purpose.

8. Directory information accuracy

We do our best to keep directory information (cost, dofollow vs nofollow, approval speed, badge requirements, DR) accurate. We audit and re-verify regularly. However, directories change their policies, pricing, and link types at any time. We are not responsible for changes outside our control, including a directory revoking a dofollow link, changing pricing, removing your listing, or going offline. The latest published Domain Rating figures we cite are subject to change.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use LaunchPanda to:

• Submit spam, malware, adult content, illegal content, or content infringing third-party rights to directories.
• Abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its APIs.
• Resell or sublicense access to your Pro account.
• Submit profiles for products you do not own or have permission to represent.
• Initiate chargebacks or refund-fraud attempts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Promotional codes

Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, expire on the date listed, and cannot be combined with other discounts. We may revoke a code at any time if it is shared or misused. Discounts do not apply retroactively.

11. Limitation of liability

LaunchPanda is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. for gross negligence or fraud).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or via a notice on the site. The last updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
