1. What LaunchPanda is

LaunchPanda is a tool that helps indie builders find and submit their products to online directories. We provide a curated database of directories, a Launch Kit builder for storing your product info, and one-click copy-paste functionality. We do not submit to directories on your behalf — you do the submitting.

2. Accounts and access

You need to provide a valid email address to use LaunchPanda. Free features are available after entering your email. Paid features (Pro and Super Premium) require payment through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Free and paid tiers

• Free — 1 Launch Kit, browse all directories, copy-paste fields, completion tracking. No payment required.
• Pro ($29 one-time) — Smart Launch Roadmap, up to unlimited kits, submission tracker, email reminders. One-time payment, no recurring charges.
• Super Premium ($9/month) — Everything in Pro plus AI-generated descriptions and post-launch analytics. Cancel anytime.

4. Refunds

Pro (one-time payment): We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Contact us to request a refund.

Super Premium (subscription): You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for the current billing period.

5. Your content

You own all the product information you enter into LaunchPanda. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content. We only store it to provide the service (pre-filling directory submissions). You can delete your data at any time.

6. Directory information

We do our best to keep directory information (cost, backlink type, approval speed, etc.) accurate and up to date. However, directories can change their policies at any time. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in directory listings. Always verify details on the directory's own website before submitting.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use LaunchPanda to submit spam, malware, or illegal content to directories. Don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

LaunchPanda is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to rejected directory submissions, lost data, or inaccurate directory information. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
